Prefer outdoor work experience but will train the right candidate
Must be physically fit and able to lift and maneuver 50lbs+ regularly
Must be able to consistently bend, reach, kneel, and squat while performing tasks.
Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, wind, rain, etc.)
Dependable and responsible self-motivator who can comprehend and carry out instructions and communicate section observations and needs.
Must work well in a team environment
Valid driver’s license
Forklift/Welding experience is a plus.
Must be able to work full 9-6 shift including weekends and holidays

At least 1 year of register or customer service experience (Clover POS experience a plus)
Outstanding customer service skills
Must be able to consistently bend, reach, kneel, and squat while performing tasks.
Must be able to lift and move up to 40lbs regularly throughout the day
Must be able to stand behind register 100% of the day
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Consistent ability to follow processes, procedures and policies
Strong memory and math skills with the ability to stay focused
A passion for being accurate, efficient, with a strong attention to detail
Must be able to work full 9-6 shift including weekends and holidays
Must work well as a team.
Must posses positive and effective communication skills
Plant knowledge a plus
